SUM V2 Heaphone Output
Hi everyone,
I bought the SUM v2 as a preassembled kit from pushermanproductions.com� and successfully completed the build. I’ve already built several modules in the past and rarely had any issues.
Unfortunately, the headphone output on the SUM v2 is not working at all. I have checked the build multiple times and everything appears to be wired and assembled correctly.
I would really appreciate some support or troubleshooting advice.
If necessary, I would also like to know which op amp is responsible for the headphone output stage, so I can investigate further.

Hey Timm, thanks for your message, and sorry about the trouble. If the main L/R outputs work but the headphon output is completely silent, the issue is most likely around the U15 headphone section or the headphone jack/pot area.
Please check the soldering around U15, the headphone volume pot, the nearby capacitors/resistors, and the headphone jack itself. Also check if U15 gets the correct power:
pin 4: +12 V
pin 11: -12 V
Could you please send a few clear photos of both sides of the PCB around U15 and the headphone output area? I have also emailed you the schematics for further reference.
