With cal where do I measure 0v?

PAN OFFSET - Turn pan of channel X to the left adjust OFS_PAN_XL to zero volts - Turn pan of the channel to the right, adjust

OFS_PAN_XR to zero volts - Repeat for the other channel

Thanks Stefan, is calibration always required?

So I use a 2ch oscilloscope.

Is there a systematic process, if I see over 0v how do I figure out which of the 12 trimmers to trim?

I sort of imagined the measurement might have been taken on the corresponding VCA IC?
