Ask for Help!

Hi all, I am in the process of building one of these, and my parts bin is full of the 1n4148w-he3-08, but none of the 1n4148wq-7f. I see there is a difference in specs between the two suggested parts, but also that the he3-08 is an alternate part for the spots whete the wq-7f is requested.

My question is what kind of impact will the different diodes have on the module function?
