Clipping Cat Questions....
Hey,
i build a clipping cat but i have a question about the diode playground.
Is it right that when i want to use the diode playground i dont solder the D1 and D4 SMD Diodes?
I use a SPDT ON-OFF-ON Toggle switch as shown in the bom file. So up is Cat on down is cat off and what is the middle position for?

Hi Michael, Correct. if you prefer to use through-hole diodes for the "No Cat" soft clipping, simply leave out the SMD diodes D1 and D4.
In the middle position, the switch switches off the diode clipping circuit so that you can use the module exclusively as LPG via the vactrols. Cheers, Stefan
