Chiasso V2 Trigger Issues

I picked up a Chiasso V2 with the SMD pre-soldered and am having a strange issue with the triggers. The left trigger iis the only trigger that will work, and only if I have something plugged into the right trigger jack. The right side will only make sound if I adjust the back potentiometer to allow it to drone. Any triggers in the right side do nothing regardless of settings and the LED does not light. Any help would be appreciated.

The trigger inputs are normalized, meaning the first input is internally routed to the switch contact of the second trigger input.
If trigger 1 only works when a cable is plugged into trigger 2, and trigger 2 does not work at all, there is likely a short to ground at the trigger 2 jack.
Could you check with a multimeter whether the tip of trigger 2 is connected to ground? It would also be a good idea to reflow the through-hole components and inspect the solder joints for anything unusual.
