Tryfelo, Singer - Maybe I did it wrong, no?

After having some self-soldered ST modules sitting on the shelf for years, I am now seeking professional help.
I don't know what else to do.
I have a Tryfelo and a Singer here, but they don't seem to be doing anything.
No LED lights up, there's no flickering and no sound is coming through either.
If I remember correctly, I bought the pre-soldered PCBs, but I don't remember where or from whom.
However, I would like to get in touch with someone who has the time to help me fix the modules.
Is there anyone out there who wants to help?

Hey,
On Singer, the offset VCA trimmer is missing. Is there any particular reason for that?
As for Tryfelo, are you getting +12 V and -12 V on all IC power pins?
