Clanches issue

I have noticed with the multimeter that the two B Jacks don't react the same way as all the other jacks. Instead of the normal ground pin on the jack the multi meter reads the ground as one of the audio pins. Not sure if that narrows down where the issue is? I double check IC3/4/5 are all facing the right way.

Many of the solder joints seem to suffer from too much solder and insufficient heat, raising doubts about whether a solid connection has been established with the underlying pad. I suggest to reflow all ICs, and if this doesn't resolve the issue, consider reflowing the remaining components as well.
