When I finished all the soldering I grabbed my multimeter to check the pins. The -12v and the middle pins responded as they should but the +12v pins don't seem to have continuity. I usually just go by the sound my multimeter makes or isnt making for the +12V pins. I have been over the board again looking for a solder bridge or cold solder or etc... I can't find any issues. I installed the jumper wirer as directed but I don't know if that would cause this issue. Thanks in advance for any help.
