UIT Overheating
My UIT is getting very hot, specifically IC2 gets too hot to touch. I've built two from pre-soldered boards that both have the same problem, and reflowing everything, and cleaning it up, I'm stumped as to the cause.

Could you please reflow both IC1 and IC2 to see if this solves the problem? Also check if there is continuity between the neighboring connector header pins.
