Hello there,
it seems my SERIAL module is a bit fickle with clock pulses. From the documentation I found the pot on the PCB to adjust the sensitivity of the clock input (Clock Sens). But in what direction do I have to turn the pot to increase the sensitivity/lower the threshold?
Thanks for any help,
Hey, The CLOCK input uses an envelope follower to generate a clock pulse from a certain threshold value, which is set with the CLK_SENSE trimmer on the back. Turn this trimmer to the left to lower the threshold and thus increase the probability that a clock pulse will be derived from low voltages. This makes it possible to generate clocks from LFOs, envelopes and even audio signals. Please also refer to the SERIAL QUICK START GUIDE linked on the moduleĀ“s webiste. Hope this helps.
Cheers, Stefan
