I have noticed with the multimeter that the two B Jacks don't react the same way as all the other jacks. Instead of the normal ground pin on the jack the multi meter reads the ground as one of the audio pins. Not sure if that narrows down where the issue is? I double check IC3/4/5 are all facing the right way.
